Need help with one of our plugins (rnChatGames, rnKoth...), found a bug or have an idea? Join our Discord server and open a ticket. The team will answer you there.

## How to open a ticket

1. Join the server: [discord.gg/GzxW2FANPB](https://discord.gg/GzxW2FANPB).
2. Go to the tickets channel and open a new ticket.
3. Tell us which plugin it is about, what happens, and add the details below.

## What to include

* Your server software and version (the output of `/version`).
* The plugin and its version (`/version rnChatGames`, `/version rnKoth`...).
* What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
* Errors from the console, if there are any (the full lines, not a screenshot of a single line).
* The file you changed, if the problem started after editing it (`config.yml`, `rewards.yml`, `koths/<name>.yml`, a language file...).
* For rnKoth problems during an event, the output of `/koth status <name>` while it runs.
